The bookkeeping system of MYNC Properties LLC.

MYNC Properties LLC owns and operates residential rental property. Ledger is the private system the company uses to keep its books. It reads the company's bank activity, asks a member of the company what each transaction is, and records an entry only after that person confirms it.

Who uses Ledger

Ledger is an internal tool. Only the members of MYNC Properties LLC have accounts. It is not offered to the public and there is no public sign-up.

Messages from Ledger

A member who turns on messaging in his Ledger account settings receives text messages or WhatsApp messages from Ledger's number when transactions need review, and can reply in the same thread to say what a transaction is and to confirm the entry. Messages are sent by Ledger's automated bookkeeping system on behalf of MYNC Properties LLC.
